Returns the field value as a byte array if it is present or null value otherwise.

tag: Type: System.Int32
Tag number.
repeatingGroupEntryIndex: Type: System.Int32
Index of the repeating group entry (starts at 0).

Type: Byte[]
Field value as byte array.
