We are using the Red Hat Developer Toolset for builds with up-to-date GCC versions on CentOS/RHEL. Therefore, we highly recommend using DTS as a modern and easy-to-use way, which does not affect the system GCC version and tools and remains ABI-compatible with libstdc++ shipped with a distribution.
