Advanced handler's settings

Thread affinity

OnixS::CBOE::MarketData::CSM::HandlerSettings provide ability to set affinity mask for the handler's thread. For example, if a target machine has two processors, you can use OnixS::CBOE::MarketData::CSM::HandlerSettings::threadAffinity to run the thread only on one of them.
